For the past 15 years Michael Byrd has been active in the construction industry in a variety of capacities. Trained as an architect, Mr. Byrd has worked in the development industry for the past 7 years, focused primarily on housing development. As a Project Manager for the Minnesota office of WNC & Associates, Inc., Michael is responsible for underwriting and financing affordable housing developments throughout the Midwest.
