John Errigo, Assistant Vice President, Project Manager, joined MetroPlains, LLC in 1997. His responsibilities include managing development projects, building relationships and partnerships, conducting and evaluating market research, and securing financing for projects. Prior to joining MetroPlains, John was a Senior Market Analyst with Maxfield Research, a Minneapolis-based real estate consulting firm. John graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. A St. Paulite since 1969, John and his wife, Becky, were married in 2004. John is a huge Minnesota Wild fan and season ticket holder. His favorite meal is pizza with Cherry Coke. Always busy with home improvements, John feels deserving of reserved parking and contractor discounts at Home Depot.
