Co-Chair of the Education and Cultural Heritage Outreach Committee
Michael Koop has worked since 1992 in the State Historic Preservation Office of the Minnesota Historical Society, assisting communities throughout the state to establish local preservation programs. He served on the City of St. Paul’s Historic Preservation Policy Advisory Committee that eventually led to the formation of Historic Saint Paul. Michael lives on Dayton Avenue in the Summit-University neighborhood in a 1903 house designed by the architect Louis Lockwood.
