Marcia Moermond serves as the Legislative Hearing Officer and Senior Policy Analyst in the office of City Council, City of Saint Paul. Marcia has a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin and has experience in program planning, management, and evaluation from her career with the University of Wisconsin Women’s Studies and Minority Programs Administration. Marcia is on the front lines of the vacant housing & foreclosure crisis in Saint Paul, and works tirelessly to preserve the integrity of Saint Paul neighborhoods.
