1906 Bird’s Eye View of Saint Paul
The public is welcomed and encouraged to attend tonight’s HPC meeting (November 3rd) to learn about the findings of this important survey work which focused on portions of Payne-Phalen, Thomas-Dale and West Seventh neighborhoods.
In addition, a public presentation will be scheduled later this month at Landmark Center, and neighborhood meetings to discuss the report and findings will be held in upcoming weeks.
