Engine 10, Hose 10, & Station 10 (1995-2010)

A St. Paul fire house — the oldest active station in the state until recent years — is on the market.

Station 10 was used as a St. Paul fire house from 1885 to 2010 at 754 Randolph Ave., near West Seventh Street. This week, the city of St. Paul announced it’s soliciting offers from people who want to redevelop the decommissioned building.

Until around 2007, McMansions mostly borrowed the forms of traditional architecture, producing vinyl Georgian estates and foam Mediterranean villas.
